After crossing the Tizi n’Trighiste pass (2,696 m), a short walk leads to the high Aït Bougmez valley.
Magnificent panorama of the Wawgoulzat range, whose highest point reaches 3,728 m. Warm welcome at Touda Ecolodge, located in the village of Zawyat Oulmzi (2,200 m).

Elevation: +200 m / -160 m
Through the Aït Ouham gorges, you begin your hike to reach the Izourar plateau (2,525 m), formerly a major meeting place for Aït Atta nomads during their seasonal transhumance migrations.
Return to Touda via a panoramic trail overlooking the valley and crossing a juniper forest. In the evening, relaxation in a hot Nordic bath under the stars.
Dinner and overnight at Touda Ecolodge.

Day dedicated to discovering the local way of life and the villages of the high valley. Lunch with a local family in the village of Aït Ouchi.
Daily Amazigh life revolves around the cultivatation of the fields: traditional ploughing, women gathering alfalfa, pausing for small exchanges on the paths.
Food lovers can participate in the preparation of a traditional Moroccan meal, a subtle fusion of Amazigh, Arab, and Andalusian recipes.
Free afternoon at the lodge: rest, contemplation, and traditional Hammam.
Dinner and overnight at Touda Ecolodge.
Departure on foot through the fields (observation of the irrigation system and meeting with farmers) to the village of Ifrane (2,020 m).
Return to the lodge for lunch.
