1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Touda Ecolodge, located in Aït Bougmez (Morocco), and any person making a reservation (hereinafter the “Client”).Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Client acknowledges having read them prior to confirming the reservation.

2. Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed after:

• receipt of written confirmation from Touda Ecolodge;
• payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay amount for the standard rate.

The minimum length of stay is one night.
The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival or according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when making the reservation.

3. Rates

Prices are indicated in euros (€) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Rates may vary depending on the season, promotional offers, or special deals.Additional charges may apply for services not included in the initial offer.

4. Modification of the Stay

Any request to modify the stay (dates or duration) is subject to availability and prior approval by Touda Ecolodge.
Additional fees may apply depending on the period and the nature of the modification.Touda Ecolodge reserves the right to refuse any modification that may disrupt its organization.

5. Liability

Touda Ecolodge cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to Clients’ personal belongings, whether in rooms or in common areas.

6. House Rules

Touda Ecolodge hosts several guests at the same time. Everyone is asked to respect the peace and comfort of others, particularly by avoiding noise in common areas, especially in the evening, at night, and in the morning.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.

As Touda Ecolodge is not connected to a sewage system, it is essential not to dispose of items such as tampons, sanitary pads, large quantities of paper, or any inappropriate objects in the toilets. Waste bins and hygienic bags are provided in each bathroom.

Children remain entirely under the responsibility and supervision of their parents, both inside and outside the property.

Books and board games are freely available; please return them after use and take care to keep them in good condition.

Meal Times
- Half-board dinners are served at 7:00 pm in winter and 7:30 pm in summer. No dinner is served after 8:00 pm.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Any request for an earlier breakfast must be communicated the day before.

Respect for the Local Community
We kindly ask guests not to give pens, sweets, or other items to village children, in order to avoid encouraging begging and to protect their health and well-being.

7. General Conduct

Touda Ecolodge reserves the right to expel, without compensation, any Client whose behavior disrupts the proper functioning of the establishment or the well-being of other guests.

8. Modification of the T&Cs

Touda Ecolodge reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official Touda Ecolodge website.

9. Acceptance of the Conditions

By making a reservation, the Client accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation and undertakes to comply with them throughout the stay.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
