The High Atlas is one of the best destinations in morocco for a stay in MTB. Its varied trails, spectacular valleys and Amazigh villages offer ideal terrain for mountain bike in the heart of preserved nature.
During 6 days, you will travel close to 370 km Between the Aït Bougmez Valley, the Dades Gorges, Bouzmou, Aït Abdi and Zaouiat Ahansal. An exceptional itinerary combining magnificent landscapes, authentic encounters and immersion in a Wild and authentic High Atlas.

Flight to Marrakech and transfer to your riad located near the Jemaa el-Fna square.
Installation and night in a riad.
Private transfer to Demnate then Tabalout, starting point of our first mountain biking stage. Superb warm-up in the heart of contrasting landscapes: colorful valleys, adobe villages, and first panoramas of the M'Goun massif (4,071 m), the second highest peak in Morocco.
Night in a cottage in Aït Bou Oulli.
58 km — 1,940 m D+/1,688 m D-
High altitude stage with passage of several passes, including Tighza and Adazen (2400 m). Magnificent views of the M'Goun valley and the Aït Bouguemez plateaus. Crossing a nomadic village before reaching Zaouiat Oulmzi (2200 m).
Overnight in a guest house.
50 km — 1,326 m D+/850 m D-
Short transfer to the pass, then a long descent to Assem Souk.
Progressive ascent to the highlands, with passages above 3,000 m above sea level.
Superb crossing at the foot of the walls of Taghia, huge rock faces overlooking an ancient glacial circus.

Spectacular stage through the Dades Gorges, with an impressive climb up to nearly 3,000 m. Discovery of several Amazigh villages such as Agoudal and Akdim, before reaching Bouzmou.Warm welcome, tea and mountain dinner.

Long stage on the track through the heart of the Central Atlas, with very few houses on the route.
Crossing the Akkan n'Tiflout canyon, a wild and spectacular area, before reaching the Aït Abdi plateau.
Transfer by vehicle (70 km) to reach your cottage at the site of “the Cathedral”.
