They tested: the personal development course in the heart of the Moroccan High Atlas...
Personal development is THE discipline that is on the rise... In our Western lifestyle, we all have small or big concerns that we would like to solve. A tragic family event that is too difficult to overcome alone, overwork related to work or fatigue, a lack of self-confidence... So many reasons to discover these techniques for becoming aware and taking a step back on one's daily life and on one's reactions to life events.
This summer, the Touda Ecolodge hosted a 6-day course on the theme of “Personal Expulsion”. This term is used by the group's trainer, Grégory Mutombo. During his internships, he offers intensive work for “a gradual tuning of consciousness, through a release of memory obstacles and through a healing of the original disorders which, over the course of life, may have made the song of the soul inaudible.”
Thus, a group of 14 people came to Touda, in the heart of the Moroccan High Atlas, to work on the symphony of their spirit.
Nothing in all this sectarian or unhealthy cliches that one can have... This kind of practices is booming in the Western world, sometimes somewhat alienated by the performance society and disconnected from simple values.
Touda is then the ideal setting for an internship of this type: a zen and natural atmosphere, authentic and warm welcome by the employees, breathtaking landscapes, a secular setting conducive to healing and a return to oneself.
Unforgettable experience and self-renewal guaranteed!
Moreover, the interns welcomed confirm this:
“I really found authenticity, truth here, not only in the valley, which is beautiful, but also in the welcome, in what was created with this Ecolodge. I was also touched by the simplicity of the people who opened the doors for us. It really helped me find myself. There is an impressive calm here, you can feel a peace that is descending. Because geographically we are really at the bottom of the valley. It is full of humility, it feels good to be there. The word that comes up very often in our working group is a kind of “magic”, very particular.”
Christine
“Here, everything is beautiful, everything is simple, you really feel like you are in the country of the Berbers. The team of 4 people (Brahim, Nedjma, Fatima and Ahmed) is great, they are extremely sensitive, and the language barrier does not change anything. It's really nice. We eat deliciously well, we are in the middle of the mountains, alone in the world. Here, there is really an atmosphere, a particular atmosphere. I am particularly touched because I am originally from the mountains of Algeria, so it is also a return to my roots for me.”
Farida
“I had a very positive experience. When we arrived, in the middle of the night, what caught me was the contrast between being in the middle of nowhere, in this valley that had to be reached by a chaotic track... and when we returned, we found here something very warm, very lively, comfortable and elaborate. The team is welcoming, always smiling. It was bright. We arrive in a place that is simply magical. This first night in Touda set the tone for the whole stay.”
